Fly to Kupang
Fly from Bali (about 1 hr 40) or Jakarta into Kupang (KOE) in West Timor. Flights are booked by you.

Cross to Rote
Take the fast ferry from Kupang to Ba'a (about 2 hrs). It usually sails once a day, in the morning, so many guests spend a night in Kupang. Or take the short flight to Rote (RTI).
